We use Patient Access to order your repeat prescription. The system is much safer as it is linked directly to your clinical record at the Practice. Therefore the medication list is always up-to-date and accurate.
If you are not already registered for this service, please see the receptionist at the Health Centre for a registration form.
Items that do not appear on your repeat list should be ordered by handing in a special order request form to the surgery.
You are also able to request repeat prescriptions by using the right hand tear off repeat medication sheet received each time you order repeat prescriptions - this can be handed in or posted to the practice at any time.
You are able to request any prescriptions which you use that DO NOT appear on your repeat medication by completing the Prescription Request Form available from reception, which can be handed in or posted to the surgery.
Please note we do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone.
Please allow AT LEAST 48 hours before collection.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
